Zero COVID-19 deaths in Bahrain yesterday

Bahrain yesterday recorded zero Covid-19 deaths keeping the overall toll to the deadly pandemic here unchanged at 328. This is in addition to the Health Ministry reporting 352 new Covid-19 recoveries yesterday, taking the total number of people cured of their infection to 80,526.
The Ministry also announced conducting 10,900 Covid-19 tests yesterday to detect 237 new cases. Out of the new cases, 80 were expatriate workers, 147 were contacts of active patients, and ten were travel cases.
There are currently 55 patients in Bahrain receiving treatment, of which 20 are critically ill.
