Two more COVID-19 deaths in Bahrain

Two more Covid-19 related deaths yesterday took Bahrain’s toll in the battle against the deadly coronavirus outbreak to 289, which is also the second lowest in the GCC.
Saudi Arabia, which has recorded over 5,000 deaths and 341,062 coronavirus infections, is the worst affected among the six-nation Gulf Cooperation Council.
Two Bahraini women aged 80 and 68 years are the latest casualties.
Bahrain has also managed to bring down the number of active cases here with it adding 333 new cases yesterday, which is less compared to the previous week.
