Global Islamic Finance Awards to bring global excitement to Bahrain

After four successful awards ceremonies in Muscat, Kuala Lumpur and Dubai, Global Islamic Finance Awards (GIFA) will make their debut in Bahrain on September 28 at the 5th GIFA ceremony in Gulf Hotel here.
More than 30 institutions drawn from the global Islamic financial services will receive awards in over 40 fiercely fought categories. National Bank of Kazakhstan (NBK) is the official host of this year’s awards ceremony while Edbiz Consulting continues to manage the awards on behalf of Islamic Bankers Association (the official organiser of the event).
Like previous years, it is expected that a large contingent of Islamic bankers, educational institutions and training providers from Malaysia will participate in the event, together with representation from USA, UK, South Africa, Pakistan and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
