HM the King chairs Royal Family Council meeting

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa yesterday chaired the regular meeting of the Royal Family Council, in the presence of HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, at Al Sakhir Palace.
On the occasion, HM King Hamad wished all Hajj pilgrims to perform the rituals easily and a safe return to home.
In this regard, HM the King lauded the tremendous efforts exerted by Saudi Arabia, under the leadership of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saudi, to serve Hajj pilgrims and provide them with all requirements. King Hamad also cited the expansion projects and advanced facilities aiming to ensure utmost comfort for the pilgrims.
HM King Hamad paid homage to the late Shaikh Isa bin Mohammed bin Abdulla Al Khalifa and lauded his role within the Royal Family Council, expressing appreciation and pride in his efforts.
HM the King wished the new Director-General of the Royal Family Council Shaikh Salman bin Khalid Al Khalifa every success in assuming the duties entrusted to him.
The council also discussed the topics featuring on its agenda.
