Five hours after fall, cow rescued from well
The Civil Defence personnel had an unusual task at hand last night.
They were called to rescue a cow weighing almost 300 kg from a well in Arad last night.The fire fighters immediately arrived at he scene and the rescue efforts started by
5am.
Even though the officers were inexperienced in such operations, they managed to lift the cow out of the well after slogging for five hours.
“Except for some minor scratches on its body, the cow is in good health,” a source from Arad said, praising the timely action of Civil Defence personnel.
