BTA junior tournament semis held
Manama : The 14-and-under category of the BTA Junior Tennis Tournament, organised by Bahrain Tennis Academy (BTA), took place at the Dilmun Club, Saar.
Players took part in a round-robin format competition at the end of which four players qualified for the semi-finals: Rohan Mukherjee, Darion Ali, Erwin Godinho and Raj Singh.
In the semi-finals, Rohan defeated Raj 10-8, 7-5, while Darion defeated Erwin 7-5, 9-7. In the play-off for third place, Erwin defeated Raj 5-7, 7-1, 10-8. Then, in the final match, Darion claimed the title with a 6-8, 7-5, 7-4, 7-5 victory over Rohan.2
