Bahraini social media users were thrilled at the campaign. "Seeing so many people posting for #ManamaLive. Proof of how much the people of this island love Bahrain & are proud to be Bahraini, " Twitter user with the moniker Ateekster tweeted.
"I salute those who appeared on #ManamaLive, keep it up." another user tweeted. Although certain users complained that all cities in Bahrain should have been included in the campaign. "Since Bahrain is fairly small, the campaign could have been for all of Bahrain rather than just for Manama," a user commented.
