Majid Al Muhandis to perform today

Music lovers, get ready for an evening filled with music.
Music buffs get to watch Majid Al Muhandis, an acclaimed Saudi singer and composer, born in Baghdad, Iraq, perform live today at the Bahrain National Theatre as part of the exciting cultural programmes organised by Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiques.
The event will start at 8 pm. Tickets are available at Virgin Mega Store.
Majid began his artistic career with the song “Moshkela” and later began to gain popularity with “Ala Modek” and “Waheshni Moot”.
He later grabbed Rotana Audio and Visual’s attention by appearing in the “Talk of the Town” show. Later they started joint ventures by signing “The Contract.”
Majid, who is popularly known among his fans as Prince of Arabic Singers, has sung several songs composed by prominent artists including AbdelRab Idris, Mohammad Abdo, Rabeh Sakr and Khathem Al Saher.
In 2012, he released the album “Ana Wayyak” at the Royal Albert Hall, London, which gained great success.
Later he released four video clips of latest album’s songs “Saharni Halaha”, “Ana Wayyak” and “Leit Lee” and “Ana Hanet”.
Majid also won several awards, including an award at the 6th International Video Clips Oscars Festival for “Waheshni Mot VC”, Best Singer Award in “Zahrat Al Khalij” Mag Referendum, Murex D’Or Award for best Arab Singer, and Murex D’Or Award for best Arab Singer.
