Pakistan Club celebrates 70th Independence Day
Manama : The 70th Independence Day of Pakistan was celebrated with great fervour yesterday by the Pakistan Club of Bahrain at their premises in Manama.
Over 300 community members attended the flag hoisting ceremony held by Pakistan Ambassador, Javed Malik and Chairman of Pakistan Club, Mahmood Rafique.
On the occasion, the Ambassador urged the community members to “continue to play an important role in the prosperity of Bahrain.”
Assuring all assistance and support to the members, Javed Malik said: “We have a very active social media page through which the community members could reach us.”
“We will try our best to fix the issues faced by the community in the Kingdom.”
The Ambassador further thanked the leadership of the Bahrain and the members of the Royal Family for their constant support to the Pakistani community.
