King issues three laws
Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa yesterday ratified and issued three laws which had been approved by the Council of Representatives and the Shura Council.
Law 23/2017 stipulates the Kingdom’s access to the International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage of 2001, while Law 24/2017 stipulates the ratification of the protocol to amend and update the Air Services Agreement signed between the Government of Bahrain and the Government of Turkey on October 26, 1998.
Law 25/2017 stipulates the Kingdom’s accession to the Convention on Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims (LLMC), and the Protocol of 1996 to amend LLMC.
