Al Khan defeat Ritwik Raj in quarter finals
Manama : Top seed Mohammed Al Khan defeated Ritwik Raj 6-0, 6-0 in a quarter final match on the second day of the Boys Singles under 14 years category yesterday in the Fifth E.K.Kanoo Junior Open Tennis Championship at the Bahrain Tennis Club (BTC) premises in Juffair.
Second seed Ali Al Sharif was a 6-0, 6-1 winner against Amritansh Choudhary, while other wins were for Anshuman Sonawane by 6-0, 6-0 against Mohammed Khalid and Issa Al Issa by Soham Shah 6-0, 6-0.
In Girls Singles 16 years and under preliminary match, Tanvi Manikoth received a walkover win from Maya Bseisu. Matches start on a daily basis from 4pm. This championship is being held under the patronage of E.K.Kanoo Board Member and Director of Corporate Services, Talal Fuad Kanoo.

4pm: Boys 12 years and under (Quarter-finals). 5pm: Girls 16 years and under (Quarter-finals).
