Sunni Endowments Council chairman inspects projects
The Chairman of the Sunni Endowments Council (SEC), Shaikh Dr. Rashid bin Mohammed Al Hajeri, has conducted an inspection visit to several project sites affiliated to the Sunni Endowments Directorate, in the Southern Governorate areas where he was briefed by the Head of Engineering and Maintenance Section about the workflow and latest stages of demolition and rebuilding of Caliph Othman Bin Affan's mosque ahead of its inauguration.
Dr. Al Hajeri examined the blueprints and details for construction of a new mosque in Zallaq housing project. He also examined the restoration plan of Zallaq cemetery. The inspection tour covered the residential endowment building in East Riffa, the construction site of a new mosque in Al Hunainiya, and other sites allocated for construction of mosques in the governorate.
