HRH Crown Prince Orders Investigation into Fatal Al Ramli Fire
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has ordered an investigation into the tragic fire that broke out at a residential apartment in Al Ramli, claiming the lives of four members of the same family.
HRH Prince Salman directed authorities to determine the circumstances, causes and details surrounding the fire and take the necessary measures based on the findings. The investigation results are to be presented to the Cabinet at the earliest opportunity.
He also directed authorities to ensure that fire safety and prevention requirements are properly implemented in residential buildings to prevent similar tragedies from occurring.
The Crown Prince and Prime Minister expressed his sincere condolences and sympathy to the family of the victims, praying that Allah Almighty may grant the deceased His mercy and eternal peace, and give their loved ones strength and patience.
