Muharraq Governorate holds training course
The Muharraq Governorate, in cooperation with the Legal Affairs Directorate at the Office of the Assistant Undersecretary for Human Resources at the Ministry of Interior, organised a training course titled “Public Service Ethics, Negotiation Skills and Conflict Resolution.”
The programme was attended by a number of supervisors and civilian employees at the governorate, focusing on strengthening professional conduct and developing practical workplace skills.
Muharraq Governor Salman bin Isa Bin Hindi Al Mannai said the course aims to raise awareness among governorate personnel and enhance their capabilities in applying proper professional ethics and conduct.
He added that the training provides employees with practical skills to effectively manage workplace challenges, including negotiation and conflict resolution, while ensuring that their actions remain within established legal and professional frameworks.
