Bahrain Exhibition Centre launches EWB Culinaire catering services
The Bahrain International Exhibition Centre (BIEC) has opened reservations for its culinary and hospitality services under the EWB Culinaire brand, offering tailored catering solutions for events both within the centre and across the Kingdom.
The new hospitality brand provides customised menus for exhibitions, conferences, corporate events, weddings, private celebrations and long-term catering contracts for businesses and government entities.
Developed by a team of professional chefs, the menus feature international and regional cuisine, live cooking stations, gourmet banquet options and bespoke dining experiences designed to suit different tastes, cultures and event requirements.
Supporting the service is Bahrain's largest integrated events kitchen, spanning more than 3,600 square metres and capable of serving up to 10,000 guests daily. This allows EWB Culinaire to cater for everything from executive meetings and VIP gatherings to large-scale exhibitions and grand celebrations.
In addition to events hosted at the exhibition centre, the brand will also provide external catering for private functions, corporate events and long-term food service partnerships across Bahrain.
The culinary team has previously delivered hospitality services at major international events hosted by the centre, including Routes World, Jewellery Arabia, Cityscape Bahrain, MEOS GEO, the Asian Youth Games and the UN World Tourism Organization's World Forum on Gastronomy Tourism.
Ali Turani, Events Manager at Bahrain World Exhibition Centre, said the launch reflects the centre's commitment to enhancing hospitality standards.
"The innovative menus and hospitality services under the EWB Culinaire brand reflect our passion for creating exceptional hospitality experiences that add value to various events," he said.
"From international exhibitions and conferences to luxury weddings and private celebrations, we have created diverse menus to suit different tastes and event requirements. Through EWB Culinaire, we are expanding our culinary expertise beyond the exhibition centre to serve clients across the Kingdom."
The launch reinforces the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre's position as a leading venue for international exhibitions and events by complementing its world-class facilities with comprehensive culinary and hospitality services.
