Shuts down commercial outlet over violations

The Inspection Directorate at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce ordered the administrative closure of a commercial establishment in the Capital Governorate after identifying several serious violations during routine inspection campaigns.
According to the Ministry, the violations included unjustified price increases for essential food items, failure to clearly display prices, and inconsistencies between shelf prices and the amounts charged at checkout. Inspectors also detected expired products being displayed and sold to consumers.
