256 Labour Violators Deported in June

Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) deported 256 labour law violators and detained 79 irregular workers during a nationwide inspection campaign in June.
The authority reported carrying out 5,130 inspections and joint enforcement campaigns, including 4,978 business inspections and 152 joint operations across all four governorates.
The inspections uncovered violations of Bahrain’s labour market and residency laws, and legal action was taken against offenders.
