HM King Hamad Affirms Bahrain’s Security, Praises National Development Efforts and Institutions

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, at the Royal Palace, in the presence of senior officials, where a range of national issues and ongoing development efforts were reviewed.

During the meeting, His Majesty praised the continued efforts led by the Crown Prince and Prime Minister in advancing Bahrain’s development agenda across various sectors.

He highlighted the importance of sustained governmental coordination and close follow-up of national projects aimed at strengthening the Kingdom’s progress and achievements.

His Majesty also commended the vital role of Bahrain’s security and defence institutions, including the Bahrain Defence Force and the National Guard, along with other security agencies, for their readiness and response in safeguarding the Kingdom and maintaining stability. He expressed appreciation for their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to protecting the nation and its citizens.

The King further acknowledged the solidarity shown by sister and friendly countries, noting their supportive stance with Bahrain and their rejection of any actions that threaten the Kingdom’s security.

He said this reflects the depth of Bahrain’s strong and longstanding international partnerships. Reaffirming Bahrain’s national direction, His Majesty stressed that the Kingdom will continue to move forward on a path of development and stability, supported by the unity and dedication of its people and institutions. He reiterated Bahrain’s commitment to peace, stability, and constructive cooperation in the region and beyond, emphasizing that sustained development efforts remain central to the Kingdom’s vision for the future.
