Bahrain Revises Fuel Prices for April 2026
Authorities in Bahrain have announced updated fuel prices for the month of April 2026, reflecting an increase across most fuel categories compared to rates in effect since February 2, 2026.
Under the new pricing structure, Super gasoline (98 octane) has been set at BD 0.314 per litre, up from BD 0.265. Premium gasoline (95 octane) now costs BD 0.253 per litre, compared to the previous rate of BD 0.235, while Regular gasoline (91 octane) has risen to BD 0.223 per litre from BD 0.218.
Diesel prices have also increased to BD 0.220 per litre, up from BD 0.200. However, authorities confirmed that subsidies for Bahraini fishermen will continue despite the price adjustment.
The revised rates come as part of Bahrain’s monthly fuel price review mechanism, which aligns domestic fuel prices with global oil market trends.
The new prices are effective throughout April 2026.
