Kuwait Restores Power After Drone Debris Hits Transmission Lines

KUWAIT: Kuwait's Electricity Ministry said on Thursday that six power transmission lines were temporarily taken out of service after debris from intercepted drones fell on them. The ministry confirmed that the incident led to partial and limited power cuts across various areas.
Engineer Fatima Hayat, the ministry’s official spokeswoman, stated that specialized emergency teams swiftly assessed the damage and carried out necessary repairs. "Power was restored to the affected areas in record time," Hayat added, confirming that the situation has been resolved.
