Bahrain Successfully Intercepts Iranian Missiles and Drones
Bahrain’s defense forces have successfully safeguarded the Kingdom’s skies against recent Iranian aggression. Since February 28, 2026, Bahraini air defenses intercepted a total of 75 missiles, destroying 65 and causing 10 to fall within the Kingdom’s territory. In addition, 124 hostile drones were neutralized, with 88 destroyed and 36 landing inside Bahrain.
The Bahrain Defense Forces’ rapid response and operational readiness highlight their commitment to national security. The Kingdom’s leadership, under the guidance of His Majesty the King, the Crown Prince, and the Commander-in-Chief, continues to ensure the safety and stability of Bahrain’s skies.
