US Embassy calls on citizens to prioritise safety

The US Embassy in the Kingdom of Bahrain has reaffirmed that the safety of American citizens remains a top priority.
It emphasied that the US government will continue to provide critical information to help individuals make informed decisions regarding their personal security.
In a statement obtained by Al-Ayyam, the embassy said the US government is prepared to assist citizens wishing to depart the Middle East.
For those who choose not to leave, the embassy advised remaining in safe locations within homes or other secure buildings, ensuring access to basic necessities such as food.
