HM King receives full support from Ukraine

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a telephone call from Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who expressed his country’s full solidarity with the Kingdom of Bahrain.

President Zelenskyy conveyed Ukraine’s rejection and condemnation of the Iranian attack targeting the Kingdom’s territory.

He affirmed Ukraine’s support for Bahrain in all measures and steps taken to safeguard its sovereignty and protect its security and stability.

HM the King expressed appreciation to the Ukrainian leader for his support and solidarity with the Kingdom.

His Majesty emphasised that the people of the Kingdom are peaceful, believing in tolerance and coexistence.

He added that the Kingdom’s approach is to adhere to the path of peace and support all efforts that advance security and stability at both the regional and international levels.

HM King Hamad also received telephone calls from Mauritania President Mohamed Ould Cheikh Al Ghazouani, Maldives President Dr Mohamed Muizzu, and Ethiopia Prime Minister Dr. Abiy Ahmed.

They affirmed their countries’ full solidarity with the Kingdom, and their rejection and condemHM the King President Zelenskyy nation of the Iranian attacks.
