HRH Prince Salman Praises BDF Loyalty and Dedication

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Deputy King and Crown Prince, expressed his pride and appreciation for the sincere national efforts of the Bahrain Defence Force personnel. He praised their steadfast determination, dedication, and loyalty in fulfilling their duties to defend the nation’s sovereignty and safeguard its achievements, highlighting their honorable sacrifices and valuable contributions to the Kingdom’s ongoing development and prosperity.

Prince Salman noted that the Bahrain Defence Force has reached an advanced level of development, efficiency, and readiness, thanks to the continuous support and guidance of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, who continually focuses on enhancing its capabilities and modernizing its systems to ensure the force can perform its national duties with competence and excellence.

These remarks were made during an Iftar banquet hosted by Prince Salman for senior officers of the Bahrain Defence Force at the Officers’ Club. He was welcomed upon arrival by His Excellency Lieutenant General Sheikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force, in the presence of HRH Sheikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Royal Court, and HRH Lieutenant Colonel Sheikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa. Also present were His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah bin Hassan Al Nuaimi, Minister of Defence Affairs, and His Excellency Lieutenant General Diab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Chief of Staff, along with other senior officers.

During the gathering, Prince Salman exchanged greetings with the Commander-in-Chief and senior officers on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, praying for it to be a month of goodness and blessings for all, bringing security, peace, and prosperity to Bahrain and its people, as well as prosperity to the Arab and Islamic nations.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force also prayed for continued security, stability, and prosperity for the Kingdom under the leadership of His Majesty the King, and for health, happiness, and long life for both His Majesty and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince. He expressed sincere gratitude on behalf of all Bahrain Defence Force personnel for the Crown Prince’s dedication and attention in continuing this tradition of Ramadan gatherings.
