Boosting Bahrain-Qatar security cooperation

His Excellency General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior, emphasised the importance of strengthening cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Qatar, particularly in the security domain.
H.E. General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah was speaking as he received H.E. Nasser Abdullah Hassan Al Nassr, the newly appointed Ambassador of Qatar to Bahrain.
The meeting was attended by H.E. Major General Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Deputy Chief of Police. The Interior Minister wished H.E. Ambassador Al Nassr success in his duties and highlighted the longstanding relations between the two countries.
They reviewed areas of security cooperation and issues related to enhancing coordination between Bahrain and Qatar.
