For the past decade, Manasa Bangalore Ramakrishnaiah has called Bahrain home, but her aspirations have always reached far beyond borders.
Hailing from Bangalore, India, Manasa has spent the last year proving that motherhood and a career are not finish lines, but plat forms for growth.
In a whirlwind 2025, she competed in three major international pageants, securing prestigious titles and inspiring women across the region.
Supported by her husband Avik, son Avin, and parents Ramakrishnaiah and Suma, Manasa’s achievements include being the 1st Runner-Up for Mrs. India Worldwide 2025 Bahrain, winning the Passion Driven Excellence Award, and earning the titles of Mrs. India Astral and Mrs. India Earth International.
Her most recent crowning achievement was being named the Mrs. Earth International Fire Winner. The Daily Tribune sat down with the diva to discuss her journey, her secrets to success, and her plans for the future.
Q: You manage a fulltime job, a home, and motherhood , yet you still found time to win international pageants. How do you manage it all, and what is your secret for other women?
Manasa: This is the question I am asked most often, and my response is simple: time is always with us to either do something or do nothing. Time management is the ultimate secret to achieving your goals. If your passion requires work beyond a standard 12-hour day, then you have to make that time apart from your regular career or routine. It is about prioritizing what truly matters to you and making those hours count.
Q: Competing in three major international pageants in a single year is a massive feat. What was the hardest part about competing globally, and how did this experience change you?
Manasa: Exploring and challenging myself led me to aim for international dreams while grabbing opportunities to show my ability to compete among talented participants across the globe. The hardest part is the mental battle; when you start comparing yourself with other contestants, you can feel less skilled. At that point, you must hold on strongly and tell yourself that you are good in your own ways. Each experience made me more confident and stronger as my sincere efforts were validated and acknowledged.
Q: You won awards for talent, creativity, and interview skills. Which one are you most proud of, and how did you stand out?
Manasa: I am so proud to be acknowledged in my interests by the judge panel. The most rewarding moment was winning the best in the Interview round while competing against different countries. This round was purely on individual skill and verbal strength, which I believe is a very important quality for any individual to have in their life.
Q: What is your message to girls and women who feel they are “too busy” or that it’s “too late” to chase their dreams?
Manasa: The mind is the only organ which can make you feel busy or old. It is our mind that must be instructed to say that you are free and you are young enough to do anything at any stage of life. Women are a non-stop mechanism with the strength to multitask and fulfill dreams alongside a regular routine. So, never stop dreaming and fulfilling those aspirations.
Q: After a successful 2025, what are your big plans for 2026?
Manasa: Inspiration comes when you start experiencing it yourself. For me, it is not about fame but a goal to fulfill with hard work resulting in selfgrowth. 2025 was a big deal, registering back-to-back competitions and living with challenges every minute. In 2026, I want to reach out to as many people as possible as a motivational speaker. I want to say to everyone: “When I can do it, then everyone can definitely do it.” We can give excuses for not doing things, but once you start, you tend to do more.
