Al Manama Club Names Chikex Bahrain Official Sponsor of Youth Basketball Teams

Manama Club has announced Chikex Bahrain as the official sponsor of its youth and junior basketball teams, reinforcing its commitment to supporting youth sports in the Kingdom of Bahrain. This partnership is in line with the national “Generation of Gold” initiative, launched under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, Chairman of the General Authority for Sports, and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, which aims to nurture young talent across various sports disciplines.

The sponsorship supports Al Manama Club’s strategic vision of investing in future generations by developing promising young athletes. Hassan Nowruz, Board Member and Head of Media and Public Relations at Al Manama Club, highlighted the importance of the partnership, noting that it reflects the shared objectives of the club and the “Generation of Gold” initiative. He emphasized that building a strong sporting foundation begins with investing in youth, and that this support will enhance efforts to prepare players capable of representing both the club and the Kingdom with distinction.
