Bahrain and Turkmenistan Reinforce Fraternal Relations Through Diplomatic Exchange
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has sent a written message to His Excellency Serdar Berdimuhamedow, President of the sisterly Republic of Turkmenistan, focusing on the close fraternal relations between the two countries and prospects for their further development and enhancement.
The message was received today by His Excellency Rashid Meredov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, during a meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Ashgabat with His Excellency Talal AbdulSalam Al Ansari, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Consular and Administrative Affairs.
During the meeting, Minister Meredov welcomed Ambassador Talal Al Ansari and entrusted him with conveying President Berdimuhamedow’s greetings to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and to His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, praising the distinguished and close ties between the two brotherly countries. He also commended the efforts made to strengthen bilateral cooperation at all levels and expressed his best wishes for further progress and prosperity for the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people.
For his part, Ambassador Talal Al Ansari expressed his pride in the meeting and conveyed the greetings and appreciation of His Majesty the King and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister to Minister Meredov, wishing Turkmenistan continued progress, growth, and prosperity.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Bassam Ahmed Marzooq, Bahrain’s Ambassador to Turkmenistan, resident in Ankara.
