ILA Celebrates 25 Years of Dandiya Magic

The Indian Ladies Association (ILA) Bahrain is set to mark the 25th anniversary of its flagship cultural event, the Grand ILA Dandiya Night, on Thursday, September 19, from 7 PM at Crowne Plaza Bahrain.

Widely celebrated as one of Bahrain’s most anticipated cultural gatherings, the annual Dandiya Night has evolved into a vibrant festival that transcends boundaries, attracting people from all walks of life to experience India’s colorful traditions in a festive and inclusive atmosphere.

Jubilee Edition
This year’s silver jubilee edition promises to be the most spectacular yet, featuring live Dandiya and Garba performances, traditional décor, festive ambiance, dance and costume contests with prizes, authentic Indian snacks and refreshments, raffle draws, photo booths, cultural exhibits, and interactive experiences.

The event is supported by sponsors including Lulu Hypermarket, Almoyed Group, STC Bahrain, and other valued partners whose contributions have made the celebration possible.

A Milestone for Tradition
ILA Bahrain President Smitha Jensen said the milestone reflects the enduring appeal of the festival.
