Riyadh Air to Hold Recruitment Fair in Bahrain for Cabin Crew

Riyadh Air, Saudi Arabia’s new national carrier, has announced plans to hold a recruitment fair in Bahrain soon as part of its expansion strategy to hire young professionals for its cabin crew team.

The airline said choosing Bahrain as a new stop in its recruitment drive reflects its commitment to attracting talent in the aviation hospitality sector. Cabin crew members, it added, will represent the “bright face” of Riyadh Air by delivering safe and memorable travel experiences that combine traditional hospitality with a modern touch.

Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to equip them with essential skills to handle various situations on board, with a strong focus on safety and high-quality service.

The airline outlined several requirements for applicants, including:

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English

  • Minimum age of 21

  • Height of at least 160 cm, with an arm reach of 212 cm

  • Swimming ability and competence with flotation devices in emergencies

  • Professional appearance with no visible tattoos or piercings when in uniform

  • Willingness to relocate to Riyadh and meet Saudi work visa requirements

  • Minimum education of high school diploma

  • At least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service

Riyadh Air also revealed that its crew uniforms are inspired by Paris Fashion Week, aiming to give its team a stylish identity that reflects the airline’s global ambitions. The company said it seeks to reshape the future of aviation in the region by turning Saudi Arabia into a global hub for air travel and trade, with plans to connect the Kingdom to more than 100 destinations worldwide.
