Blood Donors Kerala Bahrain Chapter Holds Memorial Blood Donation Camp

The Blood Donors Kerala (BDK) Bahrain Chapter, in collaboration with Al Hilal Hospital in Salmabad, organized a blood donation camp. The King Hamad University Hospital blood bank unit collected the blood at Al Hilal Hospital in Salmabad.
The camp, held in memory of BDK founder Vinod Bhaskaran, who passed away prematurely, saw 75 people donate blood. Journalist and Pravasi Guidance Forum Working Chairman Pradeep Puravankara inaugurated the camp.
BDK Bahrain patron Dr. P. V. Cheriyan, Al Hilal Hospital representatives Preetam Shetty, Sanju Shanu, and Shijin Raj, and BDK Bahrain President Roji John addressed the gathering.
The event, chaired by Chairman K. T. Saleem, began with a welcome speech by General Secretary Jibin Joy and concluded with a vote of thanks from Vice President Suresh Puthanvilayil.
