Finance Minister Stresses Strategic Cooperation Between Bahrain and Oman

His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, reaffirmed the deep-rooted and historic ties between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Sultanate of Oman. He emphasized the strong brotherly bonds and productive cooperation that continue to grow across various fields.

Speaking during a meeting with His Excellency Dr. Khalfan bin Saeed Al Shuaili, Oman's Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, who is currently visiting Bahrain, Shaikh Salman highlighted the flourishing state of Bahraini-Omani relations. He credited this progress to the care and attention of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik of Oman.

The meeting was attended by Her Excellency Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Bahrain’s Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, His Excellency Faisal bin Harib Al Busaidi, Omani Ambassador to Bahrain, and several senior officials.

Shaikh Salman underlined the commitment shared by both nations to further expand and deepen bilateral cooperation. He also noted the importance of reciprocal visits in fostering exchange of expertise and strengthening frameworks for joint action. Such collaborations, he added, contribute to the continued prosperity and development of both nations and their people.
