Bahrain and UAE deal approved

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa ratified and issued Law (10) of 2025, approving the agreement between the governments of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates on the promotion and protection of investments, following the approval of the Shura Council and the Council of Representatives.
The agreement, attached to this law, was signed in Dubai on February 11, 2024.
The Prime Minister and ministers, each within their capacity, shall implement the provisions of this law, which shall take effect the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
