His Majesty the King Ratifies Law Approving Digital Cooperation Organization Charter

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, has ratified and issued Law No. (9) of 2025, approving the Charter of the Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO). The law was passed following the approval of both the Shura Council and the Council of Representatives.
According to the law:
Article One The Charter of the Digital Cooperation Organization, signed in Manama on 8 Rabi' al-Thani 1442 AH (November 23, 2020), is hereby ratified and attached to this law.
Article Two The Prime Minister and the relevant ministers shall implement the provisions of this law, which will come into effect the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
