Exhibition World Bahrain is preparing to host the 35th edition of The Autumn Fair, which will run from January 23 to February 1, 2025, with the participation of a wide range of exhibitors from around the world.
In this regard, Ms. Sara Buhiji, CEO of the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority, confirmed that The Autumn Fair is one of the key events in the Kingdom of Bahrain’s calendar. The event contributes to enhancing the tourism sector and supporting the local economy. Its location at Exhibition World Bahrain offers visitors a comfortable shopping experience, given the venue’s spacious areas and state-of-the-art facilities, which are ideal for hosting major exhibitions and events.
Mr. Mohammed Ebrahim, General Manager of Informa Markets, stated: "This year marks a significant milestone in the journey of The Autumn Fair, as we celebrate 35 years of growth and success. We are proud to present an event that showcases the best of the retail market in the Kingdom of Bahrain and provides an exceptional experience for visitors."
The upcoming edition of the event has been extended to ten days, offering customers more time to shop. Entry will be free for all visitors, but pre-registration is mandatory via the website www.theautumnfair.com to ensure smooth access.
Since its inception in 1989, The Autumn Fair has seen significant growth, especially following the opening of Exhibition World Bahrain, which is known for its spacious areas and well-equipped facilities. The Autumn Fair is now one of the largest shopping festivals in Bahrain, attracting over 100,000 visitors annually. Organised by Informa Markets and supported by the Ministry of Tourism and the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority, the fair continues to be a highlight of Bahrain’s events calendar.
The event will feature thousands of imported goods from across the globe, offering a diverse range of products to suit all tastes. To enhance the visitor experience, Informa Markets has implemented a range of distinguished services, including:
Daily schedule: The Autumn Fair will open daily from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, except for the final two days, January 31 and February 1, 2025, when it will remain open continuously from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Additionally, the mornings of Sunday, January 26, and Monday, January 27, have been exclusively designated for women to provide a more comfortable shopping environment.
Parking: Free parking is available at the Bahrain International Circuit, with space for more than 10,000 cars, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience for all visitors.
Bus transportation services: Free shuttle buses will run between the parking area at the Bahrain International Circuit and Exhibition World Bahrain. These buses are equipped to meet the needs of people with disabilities, ensuring a hassle-free experience for all.
