RIYADH: The Saudi Embassy in China has issued a formal advisory reminding all Saudi citizens traveling to China to complete the Digital Arrival Card accurately before departure.
This official directive aims to facilitate seamless entry procedures and prevent avoidable administrative delays at various Chinese ports.
Travelers must enter their required information via the designated digital platform before takeoff. The embassy strongly emphasized the critical importance of strictly complying with the procedures and instructions outlined by official Chinese authorities to guarantee an uninterrupted arrival.
This travel reminder follows a significant bilateral policy milestone established last November, when the Chinese government officially extended its visa exemption for Saudi citizens until December 31, 2026.
While the exemption allows entry without a traditional pre-arranged visa, travelers must still meet specific entry conditions, including the mandatory submission of an electronic card to benefit from the simplified travel framework.
