Spanish PM’s Plane Makes Emergency Landing in Turkey

Ankara : A plane carrying Pedro Sánchez was forced to make an emergency landing in Ankara due to a technical problem while flying to Armenia.The aircraft was on its way from Madrid to Yerevan for a European leaders’ meeting when the issue occurred mid-flight.
Officials said the problem was minor, but the plane followed safety procedures and landed as a precaution. No injuries were reported.The Spanish delegation stayed overnight in Ankara and was expected to continue its journey the next day.The incident did not affect the overall schedule of the European Political Community meeting in Armenia.
