D4vd used Amazon chainsaws to hack up teen's body: prosecutors

CALIFORNIA: In a harrowing court appearance in Los Angeles on Wednesday, prosecutors detailed the gruesome allegations against 21-year-old R&B singer D4vd (David Burke).
Burke is accused of murdering 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez to prevent her from exposing their illegal sexual relationship, which reportedly began when she was 13. Prosecutors allege that the ‘Romantic Homicide’ singer killed the teenager just as his career was poised for a multi-million dollar expansion with his first studio album.
According to the filing by Deputy District Attorney Beth Silverman, Burke stabbed the victim multiple times and subsequently used chainsaws purchased from Amazon to dismember her body in his garage.
To hide her identity, he reportedly amputated the fingers that bore a tattoo of his name. The remains were discovered decomposing in the trunk of his abandoned Tesla after it was towed from a Hollywood Hills street.
Burke, who faces a potential life sentence or the death penalty, has denied all charges, including murder and continuous sexual abuse of a child.
