Iran–Thailand Deal Ensures Safe Oil Shipments via Hormuz

Bangkok: Thailand has secured an agreement with Iran to ensure safe passage for its oil tankers through the Strait of Hormuz, Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul announced on Saturday.
Speaking at a press conference, the prime minister confirmed that Thai vessels transporting oil will be able to transit the key shipping route safely. The deal is expected to ease concerns over Thailand’s fuel imports amid rising regional tensions.
