Air India Group to Operate 58 Flights to West Asia on 12 March 2026

 

Air India and Air India Express will jointly operate a total of 58 scheduled and non-scheduled flights to and from West Asia on 12 March 2026.

Both carriers will operate one non-scheduled round-trip flight to Riyadh—Air India from Mumbai and Air India Express from Kozhikode. Scheduled services will continue to Jeddah and Muscat, with 10 flights to/from Jeddah and 8 flights to/from Muscat operated by Air India Express.

Flight operations breakdown:

  • Air India: One round-trip from Delhi and two from Mumbai to Jeddah.

  • Air India Express: One round-trip each from Bengaluru and Kozhikode to Jeddah; one round-trip each from Delhi and Mumbai, plus two from Kozhikode to Muscat.

Additional Non-Scheduled Flights

In addition to the scheduled services, the airlines will operate 40 non-scheduled flights to/from the UAE and Saudi Arabia, depending on slot availability and local regulations. All flights are authorized by the relevant Indian and local authorities.

Air India flights to North America, Europe, Australia, and other regions will operate as scheduled. Between 10–18 March, 78 additional flights will connect Europe, the US, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives.
