Iran Refuses U.S. Negotiations Amid Rising Tensions
Ali Larijani, head of Tehran’s Supreme National Security Council, said on Monday that Iran “will not negotiate with the United States” and denied reports of any outreach. He blamed President Trump’s 'delusional fantasies' for plunging the region into chaos and noted that Washington now faces the risk of more troop casualties following recent U.S.-Israeli strikes on Iran.
