The Embassy of India, Abu Dhabi has issued a public advisory urging Indian citizens living in or travelling across the United Arab Emirates to remain vigilant in view of the evolving regional situation. The mission asked nationals to closely follow instructions issued by local authorities and official embassy channels.
The advisory said Indians in the UAE should avoid unnecessary risks, stay informed through verified sources and be prepared to follow any further guidance released by the mission as the situation develops.
A similar alert has been released by the Embassy of India, Doha, calling on Indian nationals in Qatar to exercise caution and regularly monitor updates issued by both the embassy and Qatari authorities.
The Indian mission in Doha said its services are continuing as normal and confirmed that a 24-hour helpline has been activated to assist citizens. The embassy can be reached at 00974-55647502, and queries may also be sent to cons.doha@mea.gov.in
Both missions said they are closely tracking developments in the region and will issue further advisories if required, urging Indian citizens to remain calm, stay connected to official channels and prioritise personal safety.
