Qatar Extends Visit Visas for GCC Residents to Two Months
Qatar has announced a new update for residents of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. Starting today, visit visas for GCC residents will be extended from one month to two months, and visitors can now apply for multiple-entry permits.
Qatar Tourism said the changes will be implemented through the Hayya platform, making it easier for GCC residents to attend sports, cultural, and entertainment events across the country, especially after the FIFA World Cup 2025.
The Hayya system will also continue supporting the Arab Cup 2025, helping fans and visitors from GCC countries travel to Qatar for the tournament.
