On the sidelines of the TOURISE Global Forum in Riyadh, Rua Al Madinah Holding, a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company, announced a strategic partnership with Adeera to operate and manage two buildings within the Rua Al Madinah Project. The development, located near the Prophet’s Mosque, will feature 250 hotel rooms and 120 luxury residential units under Rua Al Madinah’s Alia brand.

The agreement reflects ongoing efforts to strengthen Saudi Arabia’s hospitality sector and empower national brands within large-scale development projects.

"This partnership with Adeera demonstrates our commitment to enhancing national capabilities in hospitality and expanding their presence in major development projects. The Rua Al Madinah Project embodies the objectives of the Public Investment Fund and Saudi Vision 2030, promoting sustainable growth and reinforcing Madinah as a leading cultural and urban destination."

Eng. Ahmed Al Juhani, CEO of Rua Al Madinah Holding, highlighted that the collaboration marks a promising new chapter for local hotel management companies. He added that the agreement is the first of its kind and expressed confidence that Adeera will enhance hospitality services by blending authentic Saudi identity with international standards.
