Emirates has officially launched ‘Emirates First’, a newly upgraded First Class check-in area at Terminal 3, Dubai International Airport (DXB), offering a refined and exclusive experience for First Class passengers and Emirates Skywards Platinum members.

The new facility features a private, beautifully designed space for check-in, complete with plush seating, elegant interiors, and a calm, luxurious ambiance. From the moment guests arrive, they are greeted by a golden entrance and assisted by dedicated Emirates staff for a smooth, seated check-in process using iPads.

Adel Al Redha, Emirates' Deputy President and Chief Operating Officer, said:
“We continue to invest in creating exceptional travel moments. Emirates First provides privacy, comfort, and convenience from the very start of the journey.”

Designed to reflect Emirates’ premium touch, the space combines warm tones, marble flooring, soft lighting, leather seating, and fresh flower displays. Iconic Rolex clocks and a glowing Ghaf tree—symbol of the UAE—add signature touches. Digital screens have been removed to maintain a calm environment, with natural greenery adding a refreshing feel.

Guests using Emirates First also enjoy access to Emirates' world-class First Class lounges, offering à la carte dining, luxury spa treatments, business centers, and concierge shopping. Combined with Emirates’ Chauffeur Drive service and award-winning in-flight experience, the journey is tailored for ultimate comfort from door to destination.

This launch follows recent upgrades to the First Class onboard experience, including caviar service in custom-designed bowls, rustic cheeseboards, and a storytelling menu showcasing wine pairings and culinary inspirations. Emirates continues to lead the way in international First Class travel, offering more than 26,000 premium seats per week worldwide.
