The Indian School Bahrain (ISB) celebrated English Day with enthusiasm and literary vibrance on Thursday, October 30, 2025. The event, organised by the Department of English, aimed to celebrate the beauty of the English language and encourage students to express their creativity through various literary and linguistic activities.

Literary Secretary Nicole Marie Rodrigues (12A) extended a warm welcome to the gathering, while a video presentation showcased the department’s wide range of activities and initiatives throughout the year. The event featured an array of performances including role plays, a theme song, and stand-up comedy, all of which highlighted the students’ confidence and command over the language.
A series of competitions were held across different grades to engage students in diverse literary skills.
