On the auspicious occasion of India’s Independence Day, I extend my warmest greetings to all. Today, as we salute the valiant heroes who secured our nation’s freedom, we also reflect on the values they cherished—unity, resilience, and a commitment to progress.

This year holds special significance for us at the ISB as we celebrate our Platinum Jubilee—75 glorious years of academic excellence, cultural diversity, and community service. From our humble beginnings in 1950 to becoming one of the largest co-educational institutions in the Arabian Gulf, our journey mirrors the growth of our great nation: rooted in tradition, yet forward-looking and innovative.

Our 12,000 students, representing 18 nationalities, embody the spirit of India—vibrant, diverse, and inclusive. As a CBSE-accredited and UNESCO-affiliated institution, we are committed to nurturing global citizens who will contribute meaningfully to society, just as the freedom fighters envisioned for our homeland.

On this Independence Day, let us pledge to uphold the ideals of unity, integrity, and excellence in all that we do. May our shared commitment continue to inspire generations to come.
