SRK’s car attacked in Ahmedabad
More than three months after Shah Rukh Khan made comments on religious intolerance in an interview, the controversy surrounding it refuses to die down.
While filming for his upcoming film, ‘Raees’ in Gujarat, protests were held against the actor by members of Indian extremist group Vishwa Hindu Parishad, with slogans raised against him.
And now, Khan’s car was vandalised at the shooting venue in Ahmedabad, ANI reported. Fortunately, the actor was not in his car at the time of the incident and there are no reports of injuries to anyone.
‘Raees’, directed by Rahul Dholakia, that has an Eid release this year, marks the Bollywood debut of Pakistani actress Mahira Khan and also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
