Cricket: Australia rout England by 405 runs in second Test

Cricket:

Australia thrashed England by 405 runs to win the second Ashes Test at Lord's on Sunday and so level the five-match series at 1-1.

England, set what would have been a new fourth innings record of 509 to win a Test, collapsed to 103 all out in just 37 overs.

It was the second time this series a team had won with more than a day to spare after England's 169-run victory in the first Test in Cardiff last week.

The Ashes campaign continues with the third Test at Birmingham's Edgbaston ground starting on July 29.
