Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club will stage the 13th race meeting of the 2025–2026 season on Friday, January 9, under the sponsorship of stc Bahrain, with strong participation and cash prizes announced for racegoers.
Organisers said the meeting is expected to deliver an integrated spectator experience combining competitive racing with accompanying entertainment and activities, reflecting the club’s efforts to enhance fan engagement and promote Bahrain’s horse racing heritage.
stc Bahrain will offer cash prizes to the public through draws held during the race programme, giving spectators the chance to win financial rewards alongside enjoying the evening’s festivities.
The initiative is part of the company’s support for the racing community and fan-focused events.
A total of 104 horses have been declared for the meeting, competing across nine races for stc Bahrain-sponsored trophies. Officials said closely matched fields in most races are likely to produce strong competition throughout the card.
